“Island Snug” is a delightful, quiet apartment on the top floor of an early Victorian villa.  It is positioned one road back from the seafront and has elevated, fantastic views across the bay.

It is located in a quiet road just a few minutes walk to a beautiful, award winning beach, local shops, bars and restaurants. Immediately opposite the apartment is a lane leading to the Cathedral of the Isles, (reputed to be Europe’s smallest cathedral). The lane is also the start of one of the lovely walks over the hills on the island.

The apartment has been a holiday home since it was built around 1830 and is well placed to begin  exploring the island. Millport has always been a natural and favoured holiday destination.

Fortunately the décor of the apartment isn’t 180 years old !! We hope we have retained its old charm as a Victorian Scottish tenement while refurbishing it to modern day standards and we maintain a high level of cleanliness. We hope our seaside “make-over” makes the apartment an interesting and special holiday experience.
